The first passive hotel

Partner of "Ecovizija" - the first and for the moment only one certified passive house designing company  "Namai A+" have created the first in Lithuania passive hotel project. The project is already confirmed by authorities and construction works will began in the summer of 2012.

"Namai A+"  competence is recognized and abroad - for example, in Norway second passive house, designed by our sertified specialist soon will be built.

Ecovizija in Great Britain

"Ecovizija" experts have visited areas of future ecological settlements and ecological passive houses in innovation parks of Great Britain. During their visits, experts got to know Britain construction technologies, architecture and usage of renewing energy sources. Our employees shared their experience with companies of Great Britain, specializing in passive houses' construction and renovation. In meetings with business representatives partnership agreements were signed.

"Liepu namai", a new block of houses that is developed by "Liepu namai" and "Ecovizija", have become an object for press attention. House airtightness tests

SIA "Pastatų diagnostika ir statyba" have made experiment - in 127 sq. m. house performed airtightness test. According to construction technical regulations, in such houses airtightness value have to below 2,5. However, in a new tested house our сertified equipment have fixed 5,06 value. It means, that during construction process a number of breaches were made. As a result house misses the heat. That is why we always recommend people before buying house to check, whether it is airtight, whether they will pay more for heating.
