Renovation of a Block of Flats in Baltijos Ave. 97, Klaipėda

Public Organization "ECOvizija" together with Private Limited Company "Pastatų diagnostika ir statyba" is participating in the process of renovation – modernization of a block of flats in Baltijos Ave. 96, Klaipėda.

Renovation of a block of flats is a long process requiring much technical and legal knowledge. During the renewing of buildings much attention is paid to the quality of works and longevity of buildings therefore DNSB RŪTA selected UAB "Pastatų diagnostika ir statyba" to perform the technical supervision of renovation and construction of the block of flats.

A Block of Passive Houses Žalieji Leliai

Žalieji Leliai is a settlement of passive houses in Klaipėda District, just 6 min from the centre of Klaipėda. Only companies specializing in technologies of passive houses participate in the project following Methodology of a German Passive House Institute and efficiency and environmental requirements of PHPP Programme (The Passive House Planning Package). The construction of the block of buildings is actively supported by the National Passive House Association.

A Block of Houses "Liepų namai"

Public Organization Ecovizija is starting up the development of a new block of residential houses just 3 km from the centre of Klaipėda – in the valley of the Danė River.

Buildings of different purposes (commercial and residential) will be constructed in the block, many places for recreation and entertainment of residents will be designed: a spacious square, park, spaces with play grounds, viewpoints on hills for admiring the panorama of a city and the opening view of a river, valley or the block, pier with yachts and boats.
